Enforcement official for the US and sitting
Vice President Dick Cheney can proceed. The charges are
in connection with fraud, conflict of interest and brutality
against prisoners in Federal custody. Defense Attorneys plan to
file motions to quash the indictments that were returned by a
local Texas Grand Jury.
