Kathleen Marden is Betty and Barney Hill's niece and she knew them well. She and Stanton Friedman co-wrote a book detailing never-before-revealed information about this famous abduction case: Captured! The Betty and Barney Hill UFO Experience. In this interview from the 2007 Roswell Festival, Stanton gives his views on the Walter Haut 2002 Affidavit, as well as fleshing out details on the entire Roswell story. Friedman and Jerry close the program with a discussion about his new book concerning the Betty and Barney Hill UFO experience, which he co-authored with Betty Hill's niece, Kathleen Marden. The premier researcher on the Roswell Incident, Stanton Friedman, stopped by for a chat with us at our remote studio at the 2005 Roswell Festival over the July 4th weekend. He was a crowd pleaser with the audience, and I am sure the same can be said with our radio audience as well. Stanton talked about his views of ET life forms, and where they might be located in the Galaxy. Plus, he reveals research in connection with some contributions he made to the book "The Braxton County Monster: The Cover-up of the Flatwoods Monster Revealed." Frank Feschino, Jr. has been researching this event for 12 years, and Stanton explains why he wrote the Foreword and the epilog. The vents of Sept. 12, 1952, are quite fascinating and FIOA inquiries have shown that during this time period, the US Air Force lost large numbers of air planes to hostile file from UFOs.

Jerry talks with Stanton Friedman about his history of investigating the Roswell crash. Stanton has some interesting thoughts about whether or not President Eisenhower met with live ETs at Edwards Air Force Base and talks about whether or not there is an MJ12 group active today. This interview was done at the Research Center at the International UFO Museum in Roswell, NM on July 3, 2004.

Then, Listen to Part 2 of the interview in which Jerry discusses an interesting sighting from 1952 with Stanton. There was a spate of UFO reports of landings and confrontations with Air Force fighter jets in 1952. In Flat Woods, West Virginia, a UFO crashed near some boys and their dog. A being, or something, was seen moving around in the woods, and it had a foul smell that made the dog and the boys ill. The interview continues with discussion of other close encounters between USAF aircraft and UFO's over the years, and concludes with Jerry talking with Stanton about his current projects and upcoming new book.
