years and his own personal encounter experiences in which he obtained video
and audio recordings of UFOs. He also explains a new project he has planned
to passively detect and monitor UFOs in order to obtain scientific data on

On
August 20, 2003 was visiting a friend in Southern New York State and recorded a
video (frame excerpts on right) and an audio file of what he calls the black Manta Ray craft which has
been seen frequently in this area since the mid-1990's.
